The wrap doesn't show up in the car. Check that the Tesla app is 4.59 or newer and that Toybox → Paint Shop has a Wraps tab. The car keeps at most 10 uploaded wraps; delete an old one if a new one won't appear.

A panel is rotated or mirrored on the car. In Rewrap, use Advanced → Create calibration wrap. It numbers every panel with an arrow so you can see which way each faces, then fix it with Rotate or Mirror.

I paid but the app still says locked. Tap "Restore purchases" on the save screen while signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.

Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
